SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS & TIMING

All in-stock orders placed by 12PM EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST will ship the next available business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday through Sunday will ship the next available business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST the day before or on Nationally Recognized Holidays or Days-Off (EX: New Year’s Day), and some Religious Holidays will ship the next available business day. International orders ship once payment clears.

Fuegolighters.com does everything in its power to ship your order so that it arrives at your chosen shipping address as quickly as possible. However, once the chosen courier has your package Fuegolighters.com is not responsible or liable for any delays the shipping courier incurs attempting to deliver your package (EX: weather, natural disaster, state of emergency, labor dispute, protests, customs delays, etc.). Because of this, we can estimate but not guarantee delivery dates. If you need your package by or within a certain time frame and have concern over it reaching its destination on-time, please e-mail us at: cs@fuegolighters.com so we can provide insight.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

Shipping destinations outside of the continental United States may incur additional costs or fees not associated with or imposed by Fuegolighters.com. Additional costs or fees may include but are not limited to: customs, duties, taxes, brokerage or handling fees. Fuegolighters.com is not privy to nor has control over these costs or fees and therefore are not included in your total order. These additional costs or fees vary by destination location and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend anyone with a shipping destination outside of the continental United States check with the local Customs Office of their shipping destination prior to placing an order for any possible additional costs they may incur.

Orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States will require an adult signature. Fuegolighters.com is not responsible for orders returned undeliverable due to the inability to obtain an adult signature.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is returned to Fuegolighters.com as undeliverable due to error in the shipping address provided by the customer or customer refusal to accept delivery; Fuegolighters.com will attempt to contact the buyer. Fuegolighters.com reserves the right to charge the buyer the cost of re-shipping should the customer request the order be re-shipped. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, Fuegolighters.com will provide a refund minus the cost of shipping and a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.

MISSING OR LOST SHIPMENTS & ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All Fuegolighters.com orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx with tracking numbers in order to assure they reach their intended destination. If you are unable to locate your shipment you may contact us to help you locate your package; however, Fuegolighters.com is not responsible for missing or lost shipments once they have been confirmed delivered to their intended destination by the courier. We highly recommend adding the signature required option if you have concerns over the state of your package after it has been delivered to the intended destination by the selected courier. Otherwise, the courier, in their sole discretion determines how to deliver and where to leave your package.

At the discretion of Fuegolighters.com, orders that exceed $100 USD may require an adult signature while orders over $200 require an adult signature. International shipments require an adult signature. Fuegolighters.com is not responsible for orders returned undeliverable due to the inability to obtain an adult signature.

P.O. BOX SHIPMENTS

We will ship to all P.O. Boxes as allowed by the United States Postal Service. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. BOXES.
